This is a high-end lifestyle store in Bangalore where we took on the role of Construction Management. It is the flagship store for Godrej Lifestyle thus the interior design and build had to set the momentum for their brand and for their future endeavors. The design had to be unique, appealing and the elements had to reflect the ethos of the Company and create a memory and association with the brand. Unconventional design details that are a highlight of this project include customisation of brass cast in-situ concrete, silver leafing, metal screening for facade to name a few. The team of dedicated professionals, experts and skilled labor on site took on the challenges in their stride to deliver a store that resonates with a magnanimous brand like Godrej. There were multiple challenges including a lot of restrictions from the authorities for construction owing to its location, but mindful execution and site sensitive interventions helped us achieve our timelines and design outputs as desired.
